IOTA NanoSolutions presents at Nanomaterials Showcase
Dr. Dave Duncalf, Technical Programme Director, IOTA NanoSolutions was an invited speaker at the recent “NanoMaterials Showcase”, 9th April 2008, The Heath, Runcorn, as organised by Nanocentral, Chemistry Innovation KTN, Chemicals Northwest and North West Aerospace Alliance.
NanoMaterials Showcase offered industry presentations and an exhibition bringing together a wide spectrum of organisations in the nanomaterial field ranging from nanomaterial dispersion and formulation experts through to groups interested in developing nano-enabled products.
The presentation by Dr. Duncalf, described the enhanced benefits of the IOTA NanoSolutions technology in fields including pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, nutraceuticals, coatings and performance additives.
Dr. Duncalf commented “I was delighted to be invited to present at this well attended event. Nanomaterials Showcase was a great opportunity to network with and present our technology to a range of nanotechnology users and providers.”
Earlier this year, CEO of IOTA NanoSolutions, Mr. Andrew Elphick, was also an invited speaker at “Nanotechnology: Making the leap towards commercialisation”, Pune, India, 7-10th January 2008.
The 3 day event organised by the British Council, Institute of Physics (UK), Venture Center, NCL Innovation Park (Pune) and National Chemical Laboratory (Pune) involved sharing and enhancing understanding of the commercialisation process of a scientific idea through to a market product for end users.
